The courts amd legal system is a farce and medieval. It needs to be real and relevant. This post will be detailing what needs to be done to fix the system and make sure we are safe and free from criminal oppression. And that those who think some things are OK realise that some standards of behaviour are neccessary for the community as a whole.

The Law

The legal system is another subject, this applies to the enforcement of the law, and the effective allocation of resources and punishment of those who do not abide by it.

Education

Education in Australia is really a simple fix, We need to have a national curriculum and have it on a central computer system. Then all daily lessons are preset and the same for all schools nationally. These lessons need to be accessible to students with student logins. Then if a kid is off school he can actually do the days work at home. As per TAFE lessons are self paced so kids can get ahead it they manage well. Also all exams are teacher supervised in class when due. This means all kids can get equal education.

Australias Constitution

I think that after more than 100 years it is time we reconstruct our constitution into something relevant to the 21st century.
